Director of Animal and Human Resources
With 13 years of experience working directly under Owner/Founder Juleah Rasmussen, Nala's previous experience as a psychiatric service animal gives her a keen eye and nose for talent. Her confidence gives her a presence that greatly exceeds her stature making her an invaluable resource to our growing team and dynamic clientele. She keeps both our animal and human team laser focused on our core objectives.
Biscuit
Director of Marketing and Development
With 4 years of experience Biscuit has developed quite the talent for making her presence known, and doing so at light speed. She's joined our team to elevate awareness of our brand with her signature bold incessant marketing, and leads development to keep us moving at a pace that is truly unmatched.
Carmichael
Director of Maintenance and Operations
With 5 years of experience Carmichael excels in his ability to be first on scene whenever there's an accident on site, he's an avid landscaper, diligent when it comes to routine inspections of our facilities, and works alongside Kibben to ensure every site remains free of intrusions. His role matches his stature, as the biggest of the animal crew he's not the most graceful, but he can handle the toughest jobs.

At 2 years of experience Kibben might be a newcomer, and the second ever feline to join our team, but she wasted no time establishing herself. A natural predator, nothing gets past her razor sharp instincts. She lends her expertise as a mostly-reformed thief and master of evasion to outsmart her competition. She keeps a watchful eye on all activity inside and out our facilities, and is always ready to report activity and infractions.
Gravy
Administrative Assistant
At 4 years of experience, Gravy is not the most talented member of the team by any stretch, but hes a people pleasing pretty boy who wants nothing more than to be helpful, and while he creates more problems than he solves, he serves as a floater assisting other departments in their operations. Twin brother of Biscuit and father to Chili he's a bit of a nepo hire, but a beloved member of the team nonetheless.

Lead Security Officer / Special Agent
At 2 years of experience Chili has quickly excelled under Kibben's leadership. Son of Nala and Gravy he was brought up to carry on Nala's prestigious legacy and she took the role of training his confidence very seriously. Given the shortcomings of his father, Nala was determined to turn Chili into an unstoppable force. Unfortunately Chili developed a skin condition robbing him of his father's beautiful coat, the armor he expected to wear, leaving him very sensitive. He's lending his skills as a hardened mercenary to our security department while he works on letting his softer side show.
